Recognizes a member who has made significant contributions to the profession of pharmacy through mentorship in hospital or health systems pharmacy practice, outside of the WRHA Pharmacy Residency Program

• Award was established by PPC in 1995 to recognize the long-term service and achievements of Bohdy Jaworski at the Health Sciences Centre.
• Open to all CSHP Manitoba members
• Submission deadline is December 1st annually.
